Hi Cao Thu Trang, I believe we must start asking ourselves and trust ourselves to make the best decisions for ourselves. I believe we are all children who have learned to harden/suppress certain parts of us, because the truth is, no one knows what we should REALLY be doing here. But that is not an excuse to sit there and wait until someone tells you what to do. We cannot stay children forever — we must realize that we are all fully capable of creating and executing plans for ourselves. We must look within, think about what we might want to do for the rest of our lives, and start creating goals that would create an ideal future for yourself, for your friends and family, and for broader society. No one can make the decisions for how the rest of our lives should look — would you even want that? Your destiny is in your hands, and while external circumstances and forces may not allow you to do EVERYTHING, you can choose to focus on the things you can control and see what life has in store for you.

We all feel lost, but the great thing about humans is that we have the ability to thrive in the unknown. That’s how we came so far as a species. We only die when we become complacent and stop exploring and improving. We must embrace feeling lost and stumble around in the dark, bumping into things and falling on our faces. At least you’re moving forward — a better alternative than just standing in the dark waiting for someone to come save you.

Thanks for such a thought provoking statement! Whatever you’re going through, I hope you can find it within yourself to create a solution, no matter how insurmountable the problems may seem. You can do it :)

Best of luck in your journey and have a great rest of your day!
