Hi Bere,

Thanks for reading :) I appreciate the compliment. Isn’t it funny how brutally honest we can be to the people we barely know online, while we desperately try to look perfect and hide our flaws from the people we love and are closest to?

I believe that people who tell the truth are the strongest — they allow themselves to be judged and do not try to control the perception of others. The more you try and hide a flaw, the more noticeable it becomes… at least in my experience.

While I may seem at peace with how I am today, I try to become better than who I was yesterday. I try to objectively criticize myself constantly so that I can continuously strive to become the best version of myself.

Even if it’s only a 1% increase everyday, I believe my efforts will compound and be fruitful in the near future. Always trying to find a right balance between self love and self discipline.

Again, thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts Bere.
