Sorry that I’ve never responded to this — better late than never though! I’m glad that you enjoyed this story and I’m glad that you decided to share your encouraging words with me :). You have no idea how much these kind comments mean to me. I have to say, this year has been quite a journey with lots of ups and downs, and I really haven’t kept up a consistent publishing pattern… I’ll definitely be working on that moving forward and although I have made many mistakes (like not responding to comments on my pieces), I’m doing my best to make amends and really atone for the stupid decisions I’ve made in the past. With all that being said, I just want to thank you again for reading this story and showing your appreciation. Knowing that I have inspired or helped one person with my writing gives me the strength to fight through my doubts and my weaknesses and continue creating what I know best. The positive words people share on my stories and thought pieces mean the world to me, so again I’m sorry that I’ve neglected this for so long! I’ll do better next time :)
