Hey Liam, I’m glad that you enjoyed my piece. I find that focusing on one habit, whether it’s eradicating or creating one, is better than focusing on multiple. Focusing on one allows you to build discipline and master the habit until it becomes natural to you. I’m not exactly sure when a habit becomes ingrained. Many people like to say it takes a few months, but I don’t think you should really care since it’s not productive to aim for a specific time that you can feel like it’s “ingrained” or “fully mastered”. The best thing to do is to focus on getting that one habit reinforced or weakened every single day. It’s about the journey, not the destination.
